Abstracted from 61/12684: Proceedings of Stühlingen district, 1730-1732.
1731-02-09 | Elias Meyer cannot conduct his trade due to his high age. He is a widower, has no own fireplace (Rauch) and wants to live with his son Marx Meyer. Disregarding this, the Jewish community claims all contributions from him. His complaints were neglected as was his request to transfer the case to the Jewish Ceremonies. Decision: Plaintiff is to nominate two unpartial Rabbis and the community is to nominate the third one, and they are to carry out the matter. |
